FIT + FOLD
Created to give you the best of both worlds - fitness + yoga. Get ready to sweat in the first half of this class! This fitness section is high intensity, yet always all-levels and tons of fun! Next, the shoes come off and in the yoga practice we go inward and find countering postures that will leave you feeling balanced.
BUNS + GUNS
A great follow up to ABSolute Cardio. A strength-based class with a combination of heavy lifting with pilates/yoga-based small movements to target that booty and arms. This class will leave you wishing toilets were taller and long sleeve shirts were never a thing.
HUSTLE + FLOW
Move to the beat of the music in this 60 minute HIIT style class. Incorporating both strength and cardio based movements, your entire body will be challenged in creative ways. Pushing every level of fitness in safe and effective ways. BOUNCE + BARRE
Strap on your tightest sports bra, synch up your spandex and get ready for the perfect blend of cardio and lean muscle toning. With the use of mini trampolines, bands, bars, and weights, this class will bring out the fun of your childhood and the torture of having an adult body.
BOUNCE + BELLS
A blend of all things trampoline/cardio, mixed with kettlebell or dumbbell strength training. Your heart rate will jump up, your muscles will swell, and you'll be smiling throughout the entire sweat fest.
A lethal game of chance. This class surprises you on a weekly basis with various elements of fitness. Heavy weights, cardiovascular training, HIIT training, and all things hard. You'll leave feeling lucky to be alive, but strong as you've ever felt.
SKILLS & DRILLS
A boxing-focused class designed to teach necessary skills including combinations, defense, and footwork. A mix of technical instruction and fighter like conditioning.
